WHAT IS YOUR JEWELRY MADE OF?
All of our GHC chains and jewelry are made of high quality materials that are both waterproof, and safe for sensitive skin. We carry primarily 14K/18K gold pieces and sterling silver pieces.
WHAT IS THE SHIPPING POLICY?
Orders valued above $100USD will be shipped with UPS. Any orders valued under $100USD will be shipped with USPS. Please allow 1-3 days for packaging and processing. Tracking information will be provided.
Golden Hour Co. is NOT responsible for packages that have resulted in theft on porch upon arrival. It is the buyers responsibility to ensure they will be home upon package arrival and to contact USPS themselves if any issues arise. We will help assist the best we can, but ultimately we cannot control the USA postal system. If your item is lost during transit, please reach out to us and we will try our very best to assist you. USPS does not claim a parcel to be completely lost until 3 months after the ship date.
WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?
Our pieces can be returned within 7 days of the delivery date. The piece must be in the original packaging and un-worn. Per health code rules, all earrings are NOT eligible for return. The buyer is responsible for return shipping. If you are interested in a return, please email us at contact@goldhourco.com. Upon confirmation of return, the buyer has 7 days to ship out the returned items from the date of shipping label creation.
HOW DO I CARE FOR MY JEWELRY?
Although our pieces are made of high quality materials and can be submerged in water, we recommend keeping your jewelry pieces dry. This with prolong the longevity of your piece. Keep your jewelry away from any fragrances and oils. Remove your jewelry before swimming, sleeping or showering to maximize the life of the piece. If you choose to wear the jewelry in water, pat the piece completely dry after being submerged. With proper care, our jewelry will last years of wear.
WHAT IS YOUR POLICY FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?
We offer international shipping worldwide. As a USA based company, we use UPS shipping and they hand-off the parcel to your local countries postal system. Any packages ordered internationally from our website at first-class shipping is insured up to $100 USD. If you would like additional insurance, please contact us. If you purchase first class international shipping, Golden Hour Co. is NOT responsible if the parcel is lost in transit or stolen. It is the buyers choice whether to upgrade to insured shipping. If priority mail is purchased, the item will be insured. Buyer is completely responsible for any duty/custom fees related to their orders.
